Availability
This is a Saturday-to-Saturday rental in July and August.  Arrival/departure in the off season is flexible.

Multiple-week Discount
Multiple-week rentals are always discounted.  Please contact homeowner for more information.

Deposit Policy
A deposit of 50% is required within 7 days for advanced weekly reservations with the balance due 60 days prior to the arrival date.

Full payment is required in advance for nightly or last minute reservations.

$300.00 Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation is made, the deposit money will be refunded at the time the premises have been re-rented. If the premises have not been re-rented, the deposit money will not be refunded.
